Happy Holidays® Series

This series ran from 1988 until 1998 and was a huge hit. As I stated on the front page I started with the 1992 and for the longest time that was the only one I had. With the help of family I now have the WHOLE collection. Some still in the box! They are each very beautiful and special in their own way.

1988

The 1988 Happy Holidays® Barbie® doll is the first doll in this popular special edition series. She's dressed in a red tulle gown with glitter and a white satin bow. Her long blonde hair flows over her shoulders, and is accented by a silvery bow.
 

1989

Barbie® is a vision in white in this fabulous tulle gown with a faux fur-trimmed overskirt and stole. Her long blonde hair is curled in ringlets, and accented by a snowflake-decorated hair band that matches the accompanying snowflake ornament.
 

1990

Dressed in pink, Barbie® doll's layered fuchsia gown glitters with sparkling silvery accents. Poufed sleeves and accompanying star ornament add special touches to this lovely vision of holiday bliss.
 

1991

Barbie® is elegance personified in this full-length green velvety gown with a beaded bodice of red, green and white sequins and beads. A matching bow tops Barbie® doll's flowing hair. Accessories are red and silvery, nicely complimenting the rest of her merry costume.
 

1992

Barbie® is ready for the holiday season, dressed in a luxurious, silver lamé gown. The many layers of her tulle skirt are accented with holographic glitter, and shimmering beads dangle from the bodice. Silvery earrings and a silvery "jewel"-accented hairband create the finishing touches to this festive ensemble.

Wearing a red tulle gown with golden bodice, Barbie® doll is ready to celebrate the season! Her golden bodice is accented by several red sequined and bead poinsettias. There's even a lovely poinsettia in her long flowing hair. What a beautiful vision of holiday cheer!

Barbie® doll wants to wish you happy holidays! In a very festive green holly-printed dress with a silvery Victorian collar, Barbie® personifies the charm of the season. Her ensemble is accented by red rhinestone berries, a poinsettia sash, jeweled choker and a red poinsettia in her hair.

In a charming burgundy velvet coat trimmed in luxurious white faux fur, Barbie® doll welcomes the holiday season. Underneath her lovely velvet coat is a golden-tiered skirt. A gorgeous white faux fur muff and hat match the fur accents at her collar and sleeves.
