1 Modern Circle™ Collection

I finally have all of the first in this series. I fell for these because of the face molds they used. They mixed old face molds with new style and came up with some fantastic dolls!

1 Modern Circle™ Barbie^® doll has a flair for fashion! She features a reproduction vintage face sculpt popular among collectors and is dressed in a sleek green pantsuit with an aqua camisole underneath. Her simple yet chic accessories include a black choker and coordinating black beaded belt. She carries with her a "cell phone" and laptop computer encased in a black faux leather bag, and she has long, vibrant orange hair that she wears straight with bangs.

1 Modern Circle™ Ken^® doll is a passionate set designer whose style reflects his line of work. Featuring the vintage face sculpt, his hair has been updated to a more modern style with highlights framing his face. He wears dark denim jeans and a leather-like jacket over a green turtleneck. He carries with him a portfolio containing two drawings of his set designs.

1 Modern Circle™ Melody^® is the most carefree and energetic spirit of the group, and her style is in step with what's cool for work and play. She wears a black knit sleeveless top with a matching cardigan tied at her waist, and black knit pants with copper-colored highlights. She dons black-low heeled boots and a "coppery" lariat necklace and matching bracelet. She carries with her a red tote bag including her newspaper and magazine, and her morning cup of "coffee". Her face is reproduction of the vintage Twist 'N Turn^® Barbie^® sculpt, paired with modern-styled and totally today-looking blue hair.

As the company’s make-up artist, 1 Modern Circle™ Simone™ doll has a style that combines high fashion mixed with flair. She is dressed in a green patterned shirt with hot pink trim, and sleeves with wide arms to reveal matching pink fabric inside. She wears a long denim skirt with pink stitching, a bold golden necklace with matching bracelet, belt and earrings. Her long black hair has streaks of green, and is held off her face with a wide pink headband. She comes with a silvery make-up case. Like the other dolls in the collection, Simone™ also has a vintage face sculpt.
